Repeat Prescriptions
Routine regular repeat prescriptions should be ordered using the prescription request slip giving at least 48 HOURS NOTICE.
Request slips can be handed in during opening hours, posted in the health centre post box or left in Tarbert Pharmacy.

We cannot handle telephone requests for repeat prescriptions due to both staff / telephone time constraints and the risk of error, but requests by email are acceptable.
The prescription is normally passed to the Tarbert Pharmacy from where the medication can be collected. If you prefer to collect the prescription from the health centre please indicate this on the form.
Medication Reviews
Everyone receiving repeat prescriptions will be asked to attend for a medication review at least annually. Notification of this is given on the repeat prescription request slip. This review will be carried out by the GP, Practice nurse or clinical pharmacist as appropriate.
